Windjammer Capital Investors has acquired Elon, N.C.-based Engineered Controls International (ECI), which manufactures a range of flow control valves and regulators that are sold under the RegO brand name. South Dakota propane terminal now Growmark owned

Growmark Inc. acquired the propane terminal from Magellan Pipeline Co. LP in Canton, S.D. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. According to Growmark, this facility provides storage capacity of more than 300,000 gallons. It’s also capable of filling two semitruck tanks simultaneously. Crown Boiler recalled its CWD Series cast iron hot water boilers that use LP gas or natural gas to heat water in home baseboard, floor or radiator heating systems.
