Crystal Flash purchased the home heating division from the Brenner Oil Group, marking its eighth acquisition since 2012. Flint Hills Resources LLC agreed to acquire PetroLogistics LP, a propylene producer that, according to a press release, owns and operates the only propane dehydrogenation plant in the United States, for about $2.1 billion.
