EPA to provide funds for alternative fuel buses

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is awarding more than $3 million in rebates to replace 210 older diesel school buses with new buses. The Propane Education & Research Council (PERC) approved a $600,000 funding request to help move Icom North America‘s direct-injection on-road vehicle engine through the emissions certification process.
