ACME Alternate Fuel Systems to hold July classes

May 28, 2014 By

ACME Alternate Fuel Systems Inc. will hold its ACME School July 14-16 in Mankato, Minn., providing students with propane autogas fuel system and diesel economizer training.

Students will learn about the different systems available and receive step-by-step instructions on how to diagnose and fix a problem in the most timely and economical way possible. The course includes time in a classroom as well as hands-on time in the shop.

Rick Nordstrom, an ASE-certified Master Technician with more than 30 years combined automotive and alternate fuel system experience, will teach the class. Dave Rothfork, an ASE-certified Technician with 25-years of alternate fuel system experience, will demonstrate a propane operating system at the ACME shop.

Class size is limited to give students personal attention geared to the needs or situations they may face in their daily operations, the company says. Students will receive technical manuals, lunch each day and the most comprehensive and up-to-date information available.

ACME Alternate Fuel Systems also provides on-site hands-on training designed specifically to meet the needs of a fleet or shop. The company, which has been in business 57 years, is a wholesale distributor of alternate fuel systems and provider of the Red Rooster Diesel Economizer.
