ACT Expo draws 10 autogas-related exhibitors

A record number of propane autogas exhibitors, including retailers and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), plan to exhibit May 5-8 at the 2014 Alternative Clean Transportation (ACT) Expo in Long Beach, Calif., according to a press release.

Ten medium- and light-duty OEMs, infrastructure providers and conversion partners are exhibiting technology at the ACT Expo. Those exhibiting are Alliance Autogas, CleanFuel USA, Freightliner Custom Chassis Corp., Icom, Isuzu, New Eagle, Power Solutions International, Powertrain Integration, the Propane Education & Research Council (PERC) and Roush CleanTech.

PERC plans to showcase a Roush E-450 transit shuttle bus and the MT45 strip chassis from Freightliner. Also on display at PERC’s booth will be flat tank fuel storage technology from Propane Performance Industries; an Exmark Lazer Z S-Series propane mower with a Kohler EFI power plant engine; and a Superior Energy Systems autogas dispenser.
