Blossman Services Inc. and Alliance AutoGas collaboratively opened the Autogas Research & Technology Center in Asheville, N.C. According to a press release, the center will focus on the development of alternatively fueled engines. In addition, the center will be available to Alliance AutoGas fleet managers and certified conversion centers across the United States and Canada for training and educational opportunities.

The building will also house the Blossman Gas Appliance & Hearth Store, a 5,000-square-foot retail location for Blossman Gas. Sixteen Blossman employees in Asheville, N.C., will relocate to the facility, where they will handle customer service.
