September 21, 2012 By

The Southeast Propane Autogas Development Program launched the second leg of its educational roadshow series Thursday with the Mississippi Propane Autogas Roadshow in Jackson, Miss.

The Mississippi Development Authority hosted the roadshow at the Agricultural & Forestry Museum, where local fleets and community members were welcome to test drive autogas-powered vehicles and learn from autogas experts. Among the representatives on hand were Alliance AutoGas, Roush CleanTech, the Propane Education & Research Council (PERC) and the Mississippi Propane Gas Association.

The next stop in the roadshow series is the Virginia Propane Autogas Roadshow in Chesapeake, Va. The roadshow previously stopped in Alabama, Georgia and North Carolina, among other Southeastern U.S. states.
