Blue Star Gas pushing autogas refueling stations in Washington

March 26, 2014 By

Blue Star Gas is funding and spearheading the installation of 11 24-hour propane autogas public refueling stations in Washington’s Puget Sound region, the company announced. The refueling sites will service more than 400 customer vehicles in the Pacific Northwest. Customers can gain access to the pumps via a card-reading system, which also enables users to track fuel savings and miles-per-gallon usage. The refueling network first came online in October 2011 with a site installation in the University District of Seattle, which services Seattle Children’s Hospital. All 11 stations are expected online by July, according to the company.
