CHS names executive vice president

July 10, 2013 By

CHS Inc. named Timothy Skidmore executive vice president and chief financial officer. Skidmore will succeed David Kastelic, the company’s executive vice president and CFO who earlier this year announced he would be retiring in September.

Skidmore, 52, was most recently vice president of financial planning and analysis at Campbell Soup Co., where he led financial planning and reporting. He previously served as vice president of finance and strategy for Campbell North America, Campbell’s largest operating division. Skidmore joined Campbell as assistant treasurer in 2001 and has held various leadership positions in finance since.
