Dealers LP Equipment founder dies

William Roland Roberts, founder of Dealers LP Equipment, died at age 73. Roberts started the gas equipment wholesaler in Memphis, Tenn., and managed it with his sons for nearly 40 years until his retirement. Under his leadership, the company expanded and added locations in Dothan, Ala.; Jackson, Miss.; Hickory, N.C.; Davenport, Iowa; and Louisville, Ky.
