Digital Dispatcher tabs Midwest business development director

Larry Otto has joined Jenkintown, Pa.-based Digital Dispatcher as its Midwest business development director. Otto will represent the company in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and the surrounding areas. He started his career in 1968 with the Northern Propane Gas Co., working on the dock, filling cylinders. His last position before starting his own consulting service in 2005 was vice president for Northwest Energy. Digital Dispatcher is known for its mobile field management system for the propane industry.
