June 7, 2013 By

Exmark‘s new Lazer Z S-Series lawn mower with a Kohler propane electronic fuel injection engine will display at the Government Fleet Expo on June 10-12 in San Antonio. The mower, which the company says can increase fuel efficiency by as much as 25 percent, will make its debut in the Propane Education & Research Council (PERC) booth. The event at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center offers solutions, including the latest propane autogas-powered vehicles and commercial lawn mowers, for public sector fleet managers. PERC also will display a propane-fueled 2012 Chevy Tahoe from Williamson County EMS (Texas), provided by CleanFuel USA, while Roush CleanTech will exhibit, also at the PERC booth, a 2012 SuperCab F-250 demo truck with a 46 usable gallon in-bed tank. On June 10, Tucker Perkins, PERC’s chief business development officer, and Darren Engle, head of PERC’s research and technology development working group, will participate in a panel discussion on clean vehicle technology.
