Ferrellgas appoints agency to boost branding, marketing efforts

Ferrellgas Partners LP designated DEG as its agency of record, allowing the firm to shape the propane company’s brand and marketing efforts, according to Ferrellgas.

Ferrellgas first appointed DEG as its digital agency of record in 2015. DEG, a full-service agency, plans to work to increase Ferrellgas’ overall customer acquisition and retention to better engage with the brand’s customers across all marketing channels, Ferrellgas says.

“Ferrellgas’ top priority is the well-being and satisfaction of its wide and diverse customer base,” says Joey Barnes, director of client services at DEG. “We look forward to helping reach and engage these customers in a more holistic and personalized manner that reflects Ferrellgas’ exceptional commitment to service.”

DEG will also look to elevate Ferrellgas’ brand awareness and client care, providing cohesive and consistent brand messaging through cross-channel campaigns and focused channel strategies. In addition, the agency’s services will expand to include traditional media, local and direct-mail marketing, video production and local listings.
