Michigan retailer to merge with Energy Distribution Partners

Autore Oil & Propane Co., based in Cedarville, Mich., plans to merge with Energy Distribution Partners (EDP).

According to a press release, Autore Oil & Propane has about 30 employees and serves 3,500 residential and commercial customers in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. The company provides its customers with propane, heating oil, gasoline, diesel and lubricants.

“Autore Oil & Propane has been dedicated to providing superior service to its customers for 61 years,” says Tom Knauff, EDP’s CEO, in a press release. “We are delighted that [President] Steve Autore has chosen to merge his company with EDP, and we look forward to ensuring that his company’s legacy will be preserved.”
