Navien moves to larger training facility

February 13, 2017 By

Navien’s New Jersey Training Academy and Tech Call Center expanded and moved to a larger location in Moorestown, New Jersey.

“We had outgrown our previous facility in Cherry Hill,” says Ian Monaghan, lead trainer for the New Jersey Training Academy. “With this new location, we will be able to seat 40 visitors and train them in a separate hands-on room with even greater capabilities displaying our complete product line and accessories in live-fire applications.”

Navien also offers training facilities in Irvine, California, and Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. The facilities provide the opportunity for visitors to work in a hands-on environment with Navien’s condensing tankless water heaters and condensing combi gas boilers. The company will begin hosting one- and two-day training events at its Moorestown location in March.

In addition, the new facility will allow the company to expand its tech call center staff, Monaghan says. It will also help Navien store and ship parts to the East Coast to ensure quick deliveries.
