New England Propane Foundation names new directors

December 10, 2012 By

The New England Propane Foundation has named new four directors for 2013-2015. They are Jeff Choate of Augusta Fuels in Augusta, Maine; Jon Holstein of Spicer Gas in Groton, Conn.; Joe Trefethen of Palmer Gas in Atkinson, N.H.; and Kinson Craft of Simple Energy in West Lebanon, N.H.

The directors join nine remaining directors – two per state plus the immediate past Propane Gas Association of New England chairman – to guide the foundation’s use of the PERC funding collected from New England marketers.

The New England Propane Foundation receives 20 percent of all funds based on the API survey of gallons sold for the year done annually in March. These funds are used for training, safe appliance installation rebates and to work with professionals on using new propane technologies.
