New facility to streamline Paraco’s operations

Propane supplier Paraco Gas Corp. has opened a new location in Saugerties, N.Y., that will house the company’s customer service center for the upstate New York and Pennsylvania region. Paraco’s logistics will be housed within the facility, with delivery dispatching and forecasting to be done specifically for Paraco locations in upstate New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Massachusetts. Service dispatch for the upstate New York and Pennsylvania region will be handled out of the new facility, as well.

“After all the years of being fractured and working in separate facilities, we finally have the opportunity to put all of our resources under one roof,” says Sean Ackerman, Paraco regional manager. “All of our operational units will be here, which will offer a unified approach to delivery service and customer service, with a primary focus on the customer.”
