NFPA implements rules on cathodic protection

The 2011 edition of NFPA 58 includes several changes for the installation of cathodic protection devices, which now must be installed, tested and monitored on all new underground propane storage containers. PERC has developed a training program that includes a handbook and DVD. The video shows how to guard against corrosion of underground propane tanks and black iron or steel piping.
