PERC program aims to raise awareness of propane’s residential advantages

The Propane Education & Research Council (PERC) developed an incentive program that encourages residential builders to implement its Propane Energy Pod model. Through the program, PERC hopes to increase the number of homes that use propane, as well as the number of propane gallons sold within the residential market.

The Propane Energy Pod Builder Incentive Program provides an incentive of up to $1,500 to qualifying and selected builders who construct homes that follow the Propane Energy Pod model. A Propane Energy Pod model home includes a combination of propane applications, including space heating, water heating, cooking, fireplaces, clothes drying and standby power.
