Zipper launches new propane mower

May 9, 2012 By

Zipper is launching a new commercial 21-inch propane-fueled mower designed for the landscape contractor. The mower is powered by an EnviroGard Kawasaki FJ180 engine and is available in zone start as well as BBC configurations. According to the company, these propane engines deliver the same power, performance and fuel economy as their gasoline counterparts while reducing emissions. The company also announced new deck designs for its 2012 model mid-mount and front-mount mowers. The new design allows the mowers to perform at higher ground speeds in varying grass conditions and grass types, the company says. The mowers are available with EnviroGard propane-fueled Kawasaki engines as well as gasoline-fueled engines.
