Propane Resources to present online tools to enhance business

Bonnie Walker, a website developer and software engineer for Propane Resources since 2000, will lead a presentation in May at the Western Propane Gas Convention on how to effectively use the Internet to enhance business, the firm announced. The convention runs from May 17-19 at the Silver Legacy Hotel and Reno Events Center in Reno, Nev. The session is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on May 18 in Reno Ballroom 1.

Today’s propane marketer must find ways to target their customers and have an online presence for potential customers in the most cost-effective way. As more communication goes digital with the Internet, marketers must develop methods of building relationships with customers using company websites and social media sites, including Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest. Walker’s session will demonstrate methods of building a lasting relationship with customers and also increase the efficiency of their marketing messages.

Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions or schedule one-on-one consultations at the end of the session.
