PSG acquires Italian pump manufacturer

Pump Solutions Group (PSG) signed an agreement to acquire Italian-based Finder Group, which manufactures gas and oil pumps and systems. According to a press release, PSG’s acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to close early in the fourth quarter of this year. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Finder Group operates in Merate and Querceta, Italy, and Vennissieux, France. It will operate as a business unit within PSG, which sought the acquisition because of Finder’s centrifugal, piston and twin-screw pump technologies.
