Report offers analysis of propane industry

Research and Markets, a global research firm, produced a report focused on the LP gas industry.

According to a press release, the 160-page report, which is titled “Liquefied Petroleum Gas – An Industrial Analysis,” offers an analysis of the basics of the fuel’s use and history, including the development of propane autogas. The report offers profiles of LP gas equipment manufacturers, vehicle manufacturers, suppliers and countries where LP gas is a major source of energy. Propane retailers featured in the report include AmeriGas, Ferrellgas and Suburban Propane.

In addition, the firm says the report covers vehicle fleets, regulatory factors affecting the industry, incentives promoting LP gas use, other non-automobile uses of LP gas, factors affecting the transportation of the fuel, and more.
