Second-stage regulators feature dielectric union

October 13, 2016 By

rego-dielectric-regulatorRegO’s new line of second-stage regulators incorporates Jomar’s dielectric union into the inlet fittings. RegO partnered with Jomar to develop these regulators, the company says. The dielectric union isolates electrical current and prevents it from entering a building or home through the gas piping. According to RegO, these regulators are available with a choice of NPT or flare inlet connections for easy hookup to copper tubing, which saves the cost of adapters while minimizing leak points. The regulators also meet the NFPA 58 dielectric requirement and have a full 10-year warranty, along with the company’s 25-year silver service life recommendation.
