Tank Utility names COO, appoints two to management roles

Clarke

Tank Utility named Gary Clarke as COO and hired Collin Sullivan and Chris Brablc to serve as business development manager and senior director of marketing, respectively.

Clarke brings over 20 years of management experience at technology companies to Tank Utility. He has held positions in senior operations, finance and business development with Amazon Kindle, Netscape Communications, USinternetworking and Vignette.

Sullivan

Prior to joining Tank Utility, Clarke was president of Enerad, a holding company with investment in fuel cells, and managed energy providers to mobile telecom. Prior to working for Enerad, Clarke was president and CEO of Hy9 Corp.

Sullivan joins the company after spending the past nine years in the payments industry. Sullivan has held leadership roles in sales and business development. According to the company, Sullivan is active in the propane industry. He serves on the National Propane Gas Association’s member services committee.

Brablc

As senior director of marketing, Brablc will head the company’s marketing strategy. He has over ten years of experience managing marketing strategies for technology brands. In various roles, he has educated recruiting professionals on how to use marketing best practices to better recruit potential employees and provided the game plan for recruiting professionals to greatly improve their hiring strategy, Tank Utility says. Prior to joining Tank Utility, Brablc specialized in building awareness on innovations in the supply chain and human resource industries.
