PAPGA releases election results for 2019-20

Pennsylvania Propane Gas Association (PAPGA)

The Pennsylvania Propane Gas Association (PAPGA) announced its 2019-20 election results.

Only district directors and directors at large were elected this year. The re-elected district directors include the following seven members: Mike Salansky III, District 2 director, Stuck Enterprises Inc.; Zac Cromie, District 3 director, Smith Propane & Oil; Randy Witmer, District 4 director, Koppy’s Propane; Tim Jackson, District 5 director, Rhoads Energy; Greg Smith, District 6 director, Bluhm’s Gas Sales; Jay Gorzkowski, District 7 director, Modern Gas Sales; and Johnny Cepiel, District 8 director, Clyde S. Walton.

The other seven directors remain in place and include: Dave Pennypacker, District 1 director, Superior Plus Propane; Norm Cupples, District 2 director, ProGas Inc.; John Maruska, District 3 director, Algas; Dan Messett, District 4 director, Home Depot Pro/Leran Gas Products; Jennifer Goldbach, District 5 director, Rhoads Energy; Rory Greenley, District 6 director, Ace-Robbins Inc.; and Randy Styer, District 8 director, Styer Propane.

Michelle Wilson, Boston Environmental/P3, was the only director at large newly elected. The remaining four directors at large, Dale Aldrich, Bergquist Inc.; John Murray, Ray Murray Inc.; Pat Shay, Tarantin Industries Inc.; and DeAnn Driscoll, Ditech Testing Inc., were re-elected.

The executive committee was selected last July and was not part of this year’s election and will stay the same until the election next year. Beth Donovan, the president-elect, will replace president Harold Sweet at the end of his term in 2020.

The rest of the PAPGA executive committee remains:

  • Hugh Rich III, vice president, Richgas
  • Mark Delehanty, treasurer, Independence Propane
  • Chris Wolfe, secretary, Ray Murray Inc.
  • Mike George, district director representative, E.F. Laudenslager Inc.
  • Kara Tucker, national state director, Koppy’s Propane
  • Dan Balmer, immediate past president, Penn Valley Gas Inc.

Tucker, Delehanty and Greenley all are LP Gas Rising Leaders.
