Cargas Systems released a new version of Cargas Energy that integrates with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Salesforce. The system captures information in a central database, and the software automatically executes tasks based on the information. This automates, streamlines and improves sales, marketing and customer service, Cargas says. According to the company, the CRM integration allows companies to evaluate existing customer data by allowing the information to be filtered into lists for targeted marketing campaigns or up-selling and cross-selling opportunities. The system can also automatically kick-off nurture campaigns to provide information to prospective clients.
