Transloader allows mobile access for propane transfers

LPG Ventures’ portable transloaders provide mobile access to transfer propane from truck to rail or rail to truck, with flow rate capacity up to 400 gallons per minute. Each transloader includes a Corken 691 compressor, several motor options and a trailer-mounted design for different site and operational requirements. Safety features include a pneumatic/nitrogen emergency shutoff valve system with valve operators and emergency shutoff switches, a pneumatic pump for adjusting the gangway and eliminating heavy lifting, and aluminum safety cages while on top of railcars. The company custom designs the transloaders to meet the needs of specific applications, including OSHA requirements.
