Propane industry events: a list of changes due to COVID-19

The COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic has impacted the following state/regional expos and trade shows, as well as national and international meetings and events, in 2020:

Work Truck Show: March 2021 event canceled and rescheduled for March 2022.
Eastern Energy Expo: Now an online event throughout August.
GPA Midstream Convention: Canceled; the next convention is scheduled for April 11-14, 2021, in San Antonio.
LP Gas Growth Summit: Canceled; the next LP Gas Growth Summit will take place in 2021.
LP Gas Hall of Fame: Canceled; the next LP Gas Hall of Fame induction dinner, honoring the class of 2020, is scheduled for Oct. 17, 2021, in Atlanta.
Mid-States Propane Expo & Trade Show: Rescheduled for July 25-29, 2021, in Branson, Missouri.
Midwest Green Transportation Forum & Expo: Now a virtual conference that will take place over a two-week period: Sept. 14-25 instead of Sept. 15-17.
North Central Convention & Trade Show: Rescheduled for Aug. 23-26, 2021, in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
Northeast Propane Show: Rescheduled for Aug. 11-12, 2021, in Worcester, Massachusetts.
NPGA Board of Directors Meetings: Fall meeting in September converted to virtual format.
NPGA Southeastern Convention & International Propane Expo: Canceled; the next Propane Expo is scheduled for Oct. 18-20, 2021, in Atlanta.
NPGA Technology, Standards and Safety (TS&S) Committee: Sept. 13-15 meeting canceled. The committee will look to engage in a series of conference calls and virtual meetings of committee and subcommittee-related task forces.
PERC Advisory Committee Meetings: May meeting canceled.
PERC Can-Do Conference: Postponed until Aug. 17-18, 2021, in Minneapolis.
PERC Council Meetings: July meeting postponed until Aug. 20, to be held virtually. Nov. 10 meeting to be held virtually.
Propane Days and NPGA Mid-Year Board of Directors Meeting: Leadership Summit, scheduled for June 14, canceled. … Marketers meeting will be held via webinar from 11 a.m.-noon Eastern on June 15. … Board meeting will be held via webinar from 1-3 p.m. Eastern on June 15. … Capitol Hill visits will be replaced by a combination of regional calls between NPGA members and members of Congress, as well as visits to local congressional district offices later this year. … PAC event will be moved to a webinar format.
Western Propane Trade Show & Convention: Canceled; the next Western Propane Trade Show & Convention is scheduled for May 12-14, 2021, in Reno, Nevada.
Women in Energy Conference: Will host a virtual event June 23-24.
Work Truck Week: Will not take place in person in 2021. The next Work Truck Show and Green Truck Summit is scheduled for March 8-11, 2022.
World LPG Forum 2020: Postponed until 2021 in Dubai. E-LPG Week to be held instead Nov. 2-6.
