An undisclosed buyer purchased Denver Propane Exchange.

Blue Peak Resources, a mergers and acquisitions consulting firm specializing in the propane gas and fuel oil industries, announced the successful sale.

“After years of growth and dedication, we determined that the time was right to transition the company to an organization with comparable expertise and experience in our marketplace,” says Kendall Rhine, partner at Denver Propane Exchange. “Following a thorough review of numerous offers, we selected a buyer we believe is well positioned to carry the business forward. We are grateful for the dedication and contributions of our team members and are confident the company will continue to prosper under its new ownership.”

“Working with the buyer and the team at Denver Propane Exchange was a great experience, and we are extremely pleased with the successful outcome for all parties involved,” says Michael Gioffre, partner at Blue Peak Resources. “It was a privilege to help guide the transaction and support Denver Propane Exchange through this important transition.”

Blue Peak Resources served as the exclusive sell-side adviser and principal negotiator for the transaction. Accoring to Blue Peak, its team conducted financial valuations, prepared a comprehensive confidential offering package, managed the buyer outreach and evaluation process, and provided strategic guidance throughout negotiations and closing.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
