Anova brings on business adviser for company expansion
Anova, parent company of propane tank monitoring solutions provider WESROC, appointed William Kroll as its first adviser in support of the company’s expansion.
“This is a unique opportunity to marry decades of global business experience with industry insights to help shape the company that Anova is positioning itself to become – the greatest IIOT company in the world,” Kroll says. “I have the ability to provide the extra bandwidth to distinguish Anova from today’s norm for the constantly evolving customer experience and I am anxious to get started.”
As an adviser to Anova’s executive leadership team, Kroll will add perspective that enables it to meet current and future market demand, the company says.
Kroll brings over 40 years of industry experience to the company. He spent more than half of his career with Matheson – a supplier of industrial gases, medical gases, specialty and electronic gases, propane, and other gas equipment and services – as chairman and CEO. Other global business leadership experience includes board responsibilities for Taiyo Nippon Sanso Corp. – a Japanese multinational industrial gas producer and supplier.
“As Anova continues along a route of rapid global expansion, we will look to Bill’s success in guiding organizations through monumental transitions to help steer us,” says Chet Reshamwala, CEO of Anova. “We feel immense pride in welcoming Bill to the family; his presence will be felt immediately.”
Anova is the rebranded name combining DataOnline, WESROC, Wikon, iTank and recently acquired, Portugal-based Intelligent Sensing Anywhere.
