Wholesale propane equipment distributor Bergquist promoted three team members.

“We are thrilled to announce these promotions,” says Lauren Clark, Bergquist’s president and CEO. “Each of these individuals has demonstrated exceptional skill, dedication and a deep understanding of our industry, as well as an unquestioned commitment to customer service. At Bergquist, we are dedicated to nurturing talent from within and ensuring that our leadership is equipped with the experience and expertise to lead the company into the future.”

Richard Constant was promoted to OEM equipment sales director, managing all aspects of Bergquist’s truck and plant customer segment, including inventory control and pricing. Constant joined Bergquist in 1994, and has been part of the Bowling Green, Kentucky, distribution center for more than 20 years. His extensive experience as an inside sales representative and as a product specialist for Empire, White Mountain Hearth and Corken product lines uniquely positions him for this role. He also has a deep understanding of compressor products, and dispenser, truck and plant pumps.

Caleb Warner was promoted to OEM equipment sales manager. In his new role, Warner will focus on business development with truck and plant fabricators in the Midwest, as well as supporting propane marketers in Iowa and Missouri. He previously served as a senior area product coordinator overseeing bulk product movement nationwide. Warner joined Bergquist in December 2019, bringing a wealth of experience from his time at Ferrellgas. With David Leonard’s recent retirement, Warner will expand his portfolio to include key truck and plant builder accounts. He was recognized in 2021 as part of the “30 Under 30” program, launched by the International Association of Young Gassers, in conjunction with the National Propane Gas Association and the Canadian Propane Association.

Chris Pegouskie was promoted to inside sales representative. Based at the company’s Toledo, Ohio, distribution center, Pegouskie will help customers with propane equipment needs and troubleshoot any equipment issues. He began his career at Bergquist in February 2019 with a background in the propane industry, including roles in system installs, furnace work, appliance troubleshooting and delivery.

Bergquist operates as a family-owned entity, providing wholesale propane equipment and appliances to companies across the U.S. and worldwide. Bergquist’s staff is dispersed throughout five national sales and distribution centers.
