Blackmer pump line expands

Blackmer’s line of LGL Series pumps is expanding. Designed to be stationary or truck mounted, this line of sliding vane pumps is available in configurations that can allow for lower flow rates and be powered by single-phase motors. Utilizing a cavitation suppression liner design, the LGL Series pumps reduce noise, vibration and wear normally caused by entrained vapors, the company says. The company is offering a new LGL3021 multi-purpose LPG pump and high differential pressure bypass valve. Designed for bulk plant and terminal applications, the LGL3021 is UL-listed and approved for use on propane, butane and butane/propane mixes. The high differential pressure bypass valve has been designed to help protect pumps and system components from excessive pressure damage. Suitable for use on Blackmer LGL150 Series pumps, the new valve is ideal for use in pumps featuring differential pressures of more than 165 psi.
