Blossman Gas purchases Central Florida Propane

Central Florida Propane Inc., located in Orlando, Florida, sold to Blossman Gas, headquartered in Ocean Springs, Mississippi.

Central Florida Propane has served the central Florida market for more than 50 years. Weldon Warren founded the company in 1971 as RV Gas, which primarily filled bottles. In 2000, Terry Warren expanded the business in the commercial and residential bulk delivery markets and changed the name to Central Florida Propane.

Legacy Energy Consulting facilitated the sale. Central Florida Propane is Legacy Energy Consulting’s 10th completed sale since the firm was founded in 2020, its fifth sale in Florida and fifth completed deal of 2022.

Blossman Gas provides propane services to 19 states in the Southeast and mid-Atlantic regions. Established in 1951 by Woodrow Blossman, the third generation of family ownership has grown to include 84 stores and more than 170,000 customers.
