Blue Cow Software expands with 6 new hires

Blue Cow Software hired six personnel at the end of the third quarter of 2020, and has now hired 13 new employees since the start of the year.

Alex Delavan and Khadija Shafiq were hired as implementation specialists. This position trains and supports any new users of the company’s Ignite software suite of products.

Delavan is originally from Syracuse, New York. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and tennis.

Shafiq is a recent graduate from the University of Maryland. When she is not working, she loves traveling, plays badminton and tennis, and cooks a variety of cuisines.

Janine Venuti was hired as a technical support specialist. She is a graduate of Suffolk University and has earned a private pilot’s license. She is a long-time supporter of Habitat for Humanity and a lifelong gardener.

Crystalyn Shea and Larry Thibault were hired as customer support specialists. In that role, Shea and Thibault will help Blue Cow Software’s current users fully utilize the Ignite software suite of products.

Shea joined Blue Cow Software after a 10-year career in special education. She lives with her husband and three kids in New Hampshire. When not working, Shea enjoys the outdoors, listening to music and reading and drawing.

Thibault lives with his wife and two children. In his spare time, he enjoys playing with his son, watching the Red Sox, playing video games and reading.

Kiran Sripada is a SQL server developer and will work with the company’s data conversion team. She is a SQL and ISS professional. Sripada likes spending time with her 4-year-old daughter.

“Blue Cow has always put great focus on providing excellent customer service. That focus will be enhanced with the addition of these talented team members,” says Jeffrey Price, operations manager at Blue Cow Software.

Blue Cow Software specializes in developing a suite of software products designed to optimize daily processes and improve operational efficiencies for the energy industry.
