Denver Propane Exchange sells to undisclosed buyer

An undisclosed buyer purchased Denver Propane Exchange.

Blue Peak Resources, a mergers and acquisitions consulting firm specializing in the propane gas and fuel oil industries, announced the successful sale.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
