Energy Distribution Partners (EDP) has promoted Andy Fellman to region vice president-Northwest.

Fellman previously served as EDP’s region director of operations in the Northwest. In that role, he worked closely with the general managers at multiple EDP operations.

“I am extremely pleased to have Andy step into this role as region VP in the Northwest,” says Boyd McGathey, COO of EDP. “Having worked in that region of the U.S. for his entire career, Andy brings a wealth of knowledge to his new role, allowing him to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.”

Fellman has 30 years of experience in the propane industry and served in a variety of positions, including operational and leadership roles. Fellman has received awards and recognition for his efforts toward operating safely and achieving the organization’s financial targets. He has an administrative justice degree from San Jose City College.

EDP marked its 10th year in business with a corporate gathering in early November at its headquarters in Chicago. Tom Knauff launched the company in 2012, and it has since completed 34 transactions. EDP now serves more than 200,000 residential and commercial customers across 19 states and ranks ninth in LP Gas’ 2022 Top Propane Retailers rankings.
