Electronic reducer supports 500-horsepower propane vehicles

Alliance AutoGas Engineered Systems, in partnership with Prins, has developed a propane vehicle reducer component, the eVP-500 (electronic variable pressure-500 horsepower). This fully electronic reducer for LPG-powered vehicles can support up to 500-horsepower applications. The eVP-500 eliminates legacy diaphragm reducers, removing diaphragm reducer service requirements while providing a more precise fuel delivery strategy. With electronic control over the fuel supply to the vehicle’s fuel system, the eVP-500 delivers the maximum control over the system’s computer, resulting in increased efficiency and reduced emissions.
