Florida propane retailer sells to undisclosed buyer

Boye’s Gas Service Inc., located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, sold to an undisclosed buyer.

Boye’s Gas Service has served the Broward, south Palm Beach and north Dade counties since 1992. The Boye family has been in the propane gas business for three generations.

Legacy Energy Consulting facilitated the sale of the company. Boye’s Gas is Legacy Energy Consulting’s seventh completed sale since its founding in 2020 and its third in Florida.
