Gray Equity Management rebrands as Gray Private Wealth

January 25, 2021 By

Gray Equity Management, the wealth management affiliate of Gray, Gray & Gray, rebranded itself as Gray Private Wealth, according to the company.

The firm’s new focus is based on the precept of the “Power of More,” the company says, a comprehensive stratagem that synchronizes market research, investment advisory, strategic planning, tax planning and wealth management components.

“Our new name better reflects the consultative services we offer to fulfill the changing financial needs of individual and institutional clients,” says Daniel Romano, CEO and chief compliance officer of Gray Private Wealth. “As conditions become more complex and changes come at an increasingly rapid pace, people need more information, more personalized planning and a more inclusive approach to their asset management and investment strategies. That’s what we provide with our ‘Power of More’ approach.”

The rebranding also includes a new logo and corporate colors, and the company launched a new website at www.grayprivatewealth.com.

“Gray Private Wealth provides more attention, more ideas and more solutions for clients,” Romano says. “Our goal is to deliver more than you need and more than you expect.”

The rebranding coincides with Gray, Gray & Gray’s own rebranding in response to what the company says is a growing client need for consulting and business advisory services in an increasingly complex business environment. The rebranding also includes a new logo and corporate colors, and a refreshed website.

Each of the firm’s internal business units – consulting, tax, audit and assurance, and Gray Private Wealth – will display their own unique version of the logo.

New partner elected

Justin Klunder has been elected a partner at Gray Private Wealth.

Klunder joined Gray Private Wealth in 2015 after serving as an investment officer for a Pennsylvania-based investment advisory firm, where he was a member of a small team that managed more than $1 billion in client assets, Gray Private Wealth says.

A graduate of the College of Charleston, Klunder is a member of the CFA Institute, the CFA Society of Boston and the CFA Society of Philadelphia.

“Justin represents the finest example of a forward-looking personal financial management adviser who is well-prepared to cope with a financial market that is evolving at an increasingly rapid pace,” Romano says. “We are fortunate to have a professional of Justin’s caliber on our team, and our clients will continue to benefit from his insightful advice and guidance.”
