Lehr acquires manufacturer of fuel systems, small engines

Lehr, a Solis Capital Partners portfolio company, acquired EnviroGard, a manufacturer of EPA-certified propane fuel systems and small engines. EnviroGard’s propane systems provide for maximum engine performance, while also reducing fuel costs and emissions, according to EnviroGard.

Bernardo Herzer, Lehr founder and CEO, says EnviroGard complements Lehr’s propane engine technology and expands the company’s footprint from marine into industrial and landscaping applications.
