Matrix Capital Markets Group makes one promotion, hires two

Matrix Capital Markets Group Inc., an independent middle-market investment bank, promoted Christian Klawunder to senior associate and added two analysts to its team.

Klawunder joined Matrix in 2014. According to Matrix, he has helped advise on a number of transactions, including Honey Farms Inc., Bradley Petroleum Inc., Campbell Oil Co., District Petroleum Products Inc. and Pester Marketing Co.

Kevin Moyer and John Mickelinc have joined Matrix’sDownstream Energy & Convenience Retail Group as analysts. Moyer was previously with Morgan Stanley, working as a financial analyst. Mickelinc was an associate with MuniCap prior to joining Matrix, the company says.
