Minnella taking advisory role at Lock America

Lock America International Inc. is reorganizing several key employees, including Frank Minnella, who is stepping down as CEO and moving into an advisory role with the company. In addition, sales manager Watson Visuwan has been made vice president of marketing, and Dan Walsh has been promoted to sales manager.

Visuwan started with Lock America as a teenager and worked his way into upper management. Walsh joined Lock America in 2011 as a sales associate.
