Morgan Fuels acquires Propane Energy Solutions location

Morgan Fuels, based in Sioux Lookout, Ontario, Canada, acquired the Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada, location of Propane Energy Solutions.

The Thunder Bay operation continues to operate and has transitioned to a Morgan Fuels location. The acquisition enables Morgan Fuels to provide propane from the Manitoba border, through the Thunder Bay area and east across the north shore of Lake Superior. No service interruptions are anticipated during this transition.

Morgan Fuels says it is committed to building and maintaining strong customer relationships in new and existing markets.

“Joining with Propane Energy Solutions’ Thunder Bay office and their team will continue to raise the level of service we can provide our current and future customers,” says Darrell Morgan, president of Morgan Fuels. “It will be an honor to work closer with the Thunder Bay-based team and the customers we serve.”

Morgan Fuels is a privately owned, third-generation Canadian family business that has been serving households, businesses, mining, forestry, First Nations and wholesale energy customers in northern Ontario since 1935. The company distributes and markets propane, aviation products, Esso fuel products and lubricants.
