NGL Energy Partners appoints director

NGL Energy Partners LP appointed John Schaufele IV to the board of directors of its general partner, NGL Energy Holdings LLC.

Schaufele replaces Patrick G. Wade as director. According to NGL Energy Partners, Schaufele worked at the Energy & Minerals Group, a private investment firm that focuses on investing across the global resource industry, since 2011. He previously worked at a middle-market private equity investment firm and JPMorgan.

Schaufele currently serves as a director of Ascent Resources, Heritage NonOp Holdings, Heritage Minerals Holdings, White Star Petroleum Holdings and Utica Minerals Development. With 14 years of experience in the industry sector, Schaufele brings extensive financial and industry experience to the board, NGL says.
