The Propane Gas Association of New England (PGANE) is offering free admission to its biennial 2018 Northeast Propane Show, which will take place Aug. 8-9 at the DCU Center in Worcester, Massachusetts.

About 2,000 propane professionals are expected to explore 120 trade show booths, 25 propane vehicles and 40 educational seminars.

This year’s event will focus on running efficient and safe operations, increasing value to customers and growing sales. It also will feature interactive exhibits, including an autogas pavilion, a 3D driving safety simulator and hands-on emergency response demonstrations.

“There are topics, products and new technology aimed at drivers, technicians and safety managers, CSRs [customer service representatives] , marketers, sales professionals and executives,” says Leslie Anderson, president of PGANE.

The Propane Education & Research Council is slated to discuss reducing costs and growing gallons year-round, Rinnai will highlight the growing demand of tankless water heaters and Women in Propane will explore how to maximize team dynamics and management intelligence for propane businesses. The PGANE emergency response team also will present effective propane crisis communication tactics.

“It is free to attend,” Anderson says. “Bring everyone in your company who you want working for you three or four years down the road. Investing in them to come to the event and to learn about all the latest things in the propane industry is going to make those employees be charged up and ready to go. Ready to get out and sell and serve your customers.”
