NPGA names Kevin Boland as communications director

The National Propane Gas Association (NPGA) named Kevin Boland as its next communications director.

Boland joined NPGA after serving as the communications director for Rep. Kay Granger, R-Texas, in the 115th Congress, handling her congressional and defense appropriations media portfolio.

Previously, Boland worked for Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, in a variety of roles, including special assistant to the speaker, assistant communications director and assistant press secretary.

Boland also worked as a senior associate at the Glover Park Group, a public relations and government affairs firm headquartered in Washington, D.C. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College and a master’s from the University of Edinburgh.
