Omega Flex promotes executive team
Omega Flex, an international producer of engineered flexible piping products, promoted three executive-level team members.
Dean Rivest was promoted to president of Omega Flex, reporting to former president Mark Albino.
Rivest takes on the day-to-day responsibilities of president, while Albino continues as COO. Separating these roles will allow each executive to focus on the most critical short-term challenges and position the company to achieve long-term goals, Omega Flex says in a news release.
Ed Moran was promoted to executive vice president of sales, reporting to Rivest. Moran is responsible for residential and commercial markets for the flexible gas pipe division. The following departments report to Moran: business development and commercial sales; industrial sales, including DoubleTrac; and industrial customer service.
Matt Unger was promoted to vice president of finance and CFO, also reporting to Rivest.
The company’s board of directors approved the organizational changes, which are effective immediately.
Founded in 1975, Omega Flex has operating facilities in Exton, Pennsylvania, and Banbury, England.
