Palfinger Liftgates appoints field service technician

Palfinger Liftgates has hired Ricky Richardson as a field service technician, the company announced. Richardson is responsible for training OEMs and distributors on installations and after-sales service as well as providing maintenance and troubleshooting support to fleets with in-house service centers. His territory will include New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi, Georgia, Florida, North and South Carolina. Richardson previously held the position of technical fleet sales support/warranty manager.
