Power Solutions International CFO retires
Power Solutions International Inc. (PSI), a global provider of alternative fuel engines, announced the retirement of CFO Daniel Gorey.
Gorey joined PSI as senior vice president of finance in 2011 to help PSI transition from a private to public company. He assumed the role of CFO in 2012.
PSI says it hired Michael P. Lewis to replace Gorey as CFO. Gorey will help Lewis transition to his new role, the company adds. Lewis has more than 20 years of financial experience in the automotive manufacturing sector. He most recently worked at Benteler Automotive as its vice president of finance and CFO of North American operations.
